Omada is building an AI-powered marketing team for every SMB—a fully managed, "do-it-for-me" service that delivers the strategy, execution, and expertise of an enterprise-class marketing team without the cost or complexity. Under the hood, we're developing a state-of-the-art multi-agent AI platform that combines generative AI, proprietary models, and advanced ML techniques to automate and optimize the full marketing lifecycle.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an Integrations & Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and support integrations between Omada and external systems. You’ll lead technical discovery, build API workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure customers can reliably exchange data with our platform. This role blends hands-on engineering with customer-facing technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain API-based integrations with third-party systems
- Lead technical discovery and translate customer workflows into integration solutions
- Implement and test REST API flows, authentication (OAuth2, API keys), and webhooks
- Troubleshoot integration issues using logs, API traces, and internal tooling
- Reproduce problems, identify root causes, and work with Engineering on fixes
- Build scripts, utilities, and reusable integration components
- Document integration patterns, data contracts, and best practices
- Support onboarding and customer teams with technical expertise
Requirements & Skills
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in the following areas:
- 2+ years in API integrations, solutions engineering, or technical support
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and event/webhook models
- Proficient with Postman and debugging API traffic
- Python scripting experience
- Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with monitoring/debugging tools (e.g., Datadog)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
